As a lifelong resident of the scenic Hudson Valley, I started taking photographs of my surroundings at a young age. At college, I continued my love of photography with formal courses in photography combined with a major in broadcast communications. After 6 years of experience at our local Cable 6 Television and becoming proficient at various technical positions, I decided to venture out to New York City. In my first interview, I was hired as a freelance video editor for NBC. Since 1993, I commuted to NYC for 17 years working as a sports and news video editor, handheld studio camera operator for LIVE shows and as an ENG photojournalism videographer. I freelanced for various New York City media companies such as NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox and the NY Giants. It was an exciting and rewarding career but in 2010,  I finally grew tired of my long commute and decided to concentrate more on my own LLC business, Judy Rose Productions.
   I have truly enjoyed working with local businesses and residents. I feel fortunate that I am able to continue to do what I love. I am proud to offer our services to organizations in the Hudson Valley and the surrounding New York region.
